SHIPPING

UK ORDERS
All orders to Mainland UK will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day will be shipped the same day and will arrive by 1pm the day after.  The cost of delivery to a UK address is £7.00 per pair. Please note that you are only able to register one delivery address per order. However, if you would like to arrange different delivery addresses for multiple pairs of shoes, please ring or email us and we will be happy to arrange it.

International Orders
We can send orders to any part of the world.  International orders will be sent via the Royal Mail International Signed for service.

Countries in Europe (within 3 working days) - £11.00
Rest of the world (within 5 working days) - £17.00

Packaging
Every pair of Cleo Bs comes with a soft drawstring dustbag inside a Cleo B shoe box. The shoes will be shipped within protective cardboard packaging.

RETURNS

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  
All purchased shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before regular wear. At this point, if you are unhappy with the product you are eligible to return it . If any returned pair is damaged, scuffed, soiled, worn on the sole or any other areas,  we may refuse to give a refund and will return the shoes to the customer.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return your Cleo Bs, please fill out the printed return form sent with your order and return it with the shoes in their original packaging. Please state the reason for your return. We require that you send back all returns via Recorded Delivery (if you are using the Post Office) within 14 days of receipt of the shoes.  The returns address is as follows:

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box with their shoe bag, as these are considered part of the product.  Shoes that are returned without their box or shoe bag may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

If you are returning shoes because they are unsuitable, we will only refund the cost of the shoes and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item. Sale items are strictly non-returnable. Please note that in the unlikely event of the goods being faulty, or if we have incorrectly fulfilled your order, we shall pay for returns postage.

Refunds
We will make refunds for returns within 30 days of the receipt of the unwanted products.

Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size, please call 020 7385 3428 or email ineedhelp@cleob.com  as soon as possible so we can check availability and reserve your pair.

Should you wish to exchange your shoes for a different style, we ask that you please return the shoes and receive  a normal refund.   You can then purchase the new pair  as usual through the website.
