THIS COLLECTION NAMED THE "CITY OF GOLDEN DREAMS" WAS INSPIRED BY ART DECO ARCHITECTURE AND THE DISTINCTIVE SKYLINE OF NEW YORK CITY. THE SHOES ARE NAMED AFTER BIG APPLE LANDMARKS AND STREETS. THESE ARCHITECTURAL INFLUENCES CAN BE SEEN WITHIN THE SHAPES AND DETAILS OF THE SHOES.
-
Tribeca takes its inspiration from the Old General Electric Building - the criss-cross cut out metallic pattern mimicks the structure found in the roof tops.
-
Lee Lawrie’s famous sculpture ‘Wisdom of Light and Sound’ in the Rockerfeller Plaza, features structural deco shapes, which are echoed by glass adornments on Madison, Manhattan and Soho.

-
The colour palette is made up of typical art deco shades of gold and turquoise with intense splashes of neon pink and deep purple.
-
The curvaceous lines of the Rockerfeller wedge and the strappy Bleecker sandal mirror the shapes of classic art deco details on buildings and furniture
-
Broadway is the result of experimentation with incorporating small architectural details into designs. The metallic shape of the t-bar mirrors the ornate silver floraand fauna designs that decorate the American International Building.
